You must top up your prepaid card at least once a year. If you have not topped up your prepaid card within one year, you cannot use it. You retain your balance even if the period of validity for your top-up has expired. You can find all the information about your balance and price plan in the app Telenor Ladda or at Mitt Telenor My Pages.
If you top up using the Telenor Fastpris price plan you will not see a balance in kronor. If you have Telenor Hello, you will see how many minutes you have left.
To get a balance in GB, we recommend you enter the Telenor Ladda app , log in at ladda. All price plans for Telenor Fixed price prepaid cards including Hello apply either for one month or six months depending on your purchase, with the exception of Fixed price 0. Telenor Flexible price is valid for one year from the time of purchase.
All prepaid cards become inactive after one year if they are not topped up. If that happens, you need to order a new one. You load the prepaid card with Extra Balance, which you then use to make calls and surf the internet during your trip.
